The short version. Our mobile games are free and have nothing to buy. In LifeNovel you can buy credit packs or a monthly plan. If something went wrong — a double charge, a purchase you didn't make, credits that never arrived — write to us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days; spent credits cannot.
Mobile games
Cozy Duck Diner, Little Duck Pond and LowLand Roastery are free to download and have no in-app purchases. Rewards from optional ads have no monetary value. If we ever add purchases to a game sold through Google Play, they will follow Google Play's refund policies, and we will update this page.
LifeNovel
What you can buy
- Credit packs — a one-time purchase of a number of credits.
- Monthly plans — a set number of credits every month, plus the features listed for that plan.
Each played turn uses credits according to its real cost (for example, turns with scene images cost more than text-only turns). The estimated cost is shown in the game. Retries and the game's own internal checks are never charged.
Free turns
New players get a limited number of free turns. Free turns are counted per network, are not reset, and are not available while you have credits. We may pause free turns temporarily, for example to stop abuse.
Plans
- A plan's credits are added at the start of each period and expire at the end of that period if unused.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.
- You can upgrade to a more expensive plan mid-period; the price is adjusted for the time left. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect after your current plan ends.
- Where your payment method does not support automatic renewal, you renew manually near the end of the period.
Refunds
We will refund you if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the purchase was made without your permission (please also secure your Google account);
- you paid but the credits or plan never reached your account and we cannot fix it;
- a technical fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for and we cannot restore it;
- you ask within 14 days of buying a credit pack that you have not used at all.
We do not refund credits that have already been spent on turns, plans after their credits have started being used, or credits that expired at the end of a plan period, except where the law requires it.
If you live in the EU or UK: by starting to use credits straight after buying them, you agree that the digital content is supplied immediately, and you understand that your 14-day right to withdraw ends once you have used them. You keep all other rights under consumer law.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@wict.id.vn from the address you use to sign in, with the date, amount and transaction reference if you have it. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — it is usually faster, and a chargeback may lock the account while the payment provider investigates.
If we close LifeNovel
If we permanently shut down LifeNovel, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop selling credits and plans, and refund unused purchased credits in proportion, as required by law.
